How do I buy tickets?
Create a free account and verify your email, then open an event, choose your tickets and tap checkout. You can buy several tickets in one order.
How do I pay?
You pay with MTN MoMo or Airtel Money. Enter the number you want to pay with and we send a payment prompt to that phone. Approve it with your PIN to complete the payment.
When do I get my tickets?
As soon as your payment is confirmed. Your QR tickets are emailed to you and are always available under My tickets on this site.
What do I need at the entrance?
Show your QR code on your phone, or your ticket number. Each ticket can be scanned only once, so do not share it.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are not refundable once issued. If we cancel an event, we refund you to the mobile money number you paid with. If an event is moved to a new date, your ticket stays valid.
Will I be photographed at the event?
Yes. Our events are photographed and filmed, and photos may appear in our Gallery and on our social media. If you would like a photo of you removed, contact us and we will take it down.
